Servicing has already commenced and will be executed in phases. Servicing is expected to be complete within 2½ years.
The project is part of the Government Public & Private Partnerships (PPP) in line with the ZimAsset thrush of delivering housing units to the majority of citizens.
Nyabira township is also a strategic area as it is in close proximity (approximately 15 minutes) to the New City (new capital) and will provide immense value in the medium to long term.
