Arlington East is a unique close gated community located about 7kms from Harare Main Post Office at the corner of Twentydales and Harare Drive. The project is being executed in phases and is to be completed within 2 years.

 

The scope of works include: roads, storm-water drainage, sewer and water reticulation system, stand access culverts and asphalt surfaced roads.

 

Currently phase 1 of the project is 60% serviced and will be ready to build by 30th of October 2021. The project covers 80ha in extent and comprises of 802 residential stands ranging in size from 500 to 1400 square meters.

 

The project also incorporates several commercial and industrial stands for sale. Arlington East is strategically located next to the Harare International Airport and seeks to incorporate iconic and life enhancement features to include a community service station, Local authority, massive water foundation, brick and mortar perimeter wall and a police station within the development.
